Dry Oyster Mushrooms
Delicate, mild flavoured, and velvety-textured, oyster mushrooms spruce up your stir-fries, pasta or even salads like no other!
We grow oyster mushrooms at our farm all year round and dry some of our produce to make them handy for when you don't have time to plan for your meal.
All you need to do is soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and they're ready for your pan! Store them in a cool, dry place and they can last up to a whole year.
High in protein & fibre, Oyster mushrooms are also a good source of iron, zinc, potassium, and calcium and help maintain blood sugar levels.
